Submitting an inquiry does not create a booking, payment obligation, or confirmed reservation.
No cancellation fee applies before a traveller accepts a quote and makes a payment.
Confirmed bookings
Once a booking is confirmed, cancellation and refund terms depend on the final proposal, travel dates, hotel policies, transport providers, and activity suppliers.
Some supplier charges may be non-refundable, especially during peak dates, special events, or last-minute travel windows.
Processing timelines
Approved refunds should be processed back to the original payment method where possible, subject to bank, payment processor, and supplier timelines.
Final refund wording should be aligned with the operator's payment method and jurisdiction before launch.
